What you will do
- Provide strategic oversight of DAEβs enterprise solution ecosystem, including CRM, cloud-hosted applications, and AI/ML integrations.
- Develop and enhance multiyear product and technology roadmaps aligned with institutional strategic priorities.
- Lead complex cloud architecture planning and ensure systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with PCI and institutional policies.
- Govern release management processes and oversee the deployment of new features and integrations.
- Manage vendor relationships, contract adherence, and performance monitoring for third-party technology partners.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams responsible for systems analysis, quality assurance, and project delivery.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of eight years of related experience, including at least two years in a managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise technology management, cloud-based ecosystems, and complex systems integration.
- Strong knowledge of PCI compliance, cybersecurity requirements, and legislative data privacy standards.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership capabilities.
Nice to have
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Six Sigma certifications.
- Experience with fundraising systems and enterprise-level data environments.
