What you will do

• Own product growth and performance for Kits AI, including activation, retention, and monetization.
• Drive product strategy by identifying high-impact opportunities and launching new initiatives.
• Partner with research and engineering to productize new ML capabilities into creator workflows.
• Develop deep customer understanding through user interviews, analytics, and automated insight pipelines.
• Track product performance using data-analysis platforms and lead experimentation.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows, from feature shipping to internal system building.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• 2–5 years of product management experience in a consumer or creator-facing environment.
• Proven track record of driving growth and business performance.
• Fluency in funnel analysis, product analytics, and event tracking platforms like Amplitude.
• Experience working on AI or ML-powered products.
• High agency and ability to execute from ambiguous opportunities to shipped products.

• Experience in music, creator tools, or the broader creative industry.
• Familiarity with growth funnels, pricing experiments, and lifecycle engagement.
• Exposure to AI-assisted workflows for research and documentation.
