What you will do

• Own and optimize predicted revenue per install and per web-funnel visitor.
• Design and execute end-to-end monetization experiments including pricing, packaging, and paywall design.
• Maintain a steady cadence of A/B tests, prioritizing opportunities based on expected revenue impact.
• Collaborate with GTM, product, and engineering teams to integrate monetization signals into acquisition strategies.
• Write clear, actionable technical specifications for monetization features.
• Analyze experiment results to make data-driven decisions on scaling or killing features.

Requirements

• Fluent English: Ability to write clear, professional specifications.
• Proven track record of owning and moving monetization metrics like ARPU, LTV, and conversion.
• Deep experience running and analyzing A/B experiments in a consumer product environment.
• Strong analytical instincts and proficiency with data analytics tools.
• Ability to ship features rapidly from hypothesis to measurement.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, and analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience monetizing B2C subscription apps.
• Familiarity with mobile monetization stacks (Amplitude, MMPs, feature flags, server-side testing).
• Background in AI-native products or social/entertainment consumer apps.
• Experience managing web-to-app funnels.
