Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Lead the development of LLM-powered agents and conversational AI to transform how support is delivered.
• Design and scale internal platforms and CRM solutions, including Zendesk, to streamline business processes.
• Define multi-year AI product strategies and translate ambiguous problems into clear execution roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to create intuitive, human-centric user experiences that reduce friction.
• Mentor other product managers on AI development, compliance, and platform scalability.
• Leverage data and user research to inform product decisions and measure impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management with a focus on customer support, platforms, or internal tools.
• Proven experience building and launching LLM-powered agents and AI-native experiences.
• Deep expertise in enterprise systems and CRM solutions.
• Strong foundation in human-centric design and user experience.
• Must be based in one of the specified US states.
