What you will do
- Own the growth platform strategy across experimentation, instrumentation, headless CMS, and lifecycle tooling.
- Design a cross-functional operating model connecting demand generation, marketing, product, and sales.
- Build a culture of experimentation by defining structures, measurement, and sharing results across teams.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate growth needs into shared platform capabilities.
- Implement SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for better organic discovery.
- Utilize AI tools for prototyping, analysis, and accelerating the operational setup of the growth function.
Requirements
- Proven success in growth, including building activation funnels and running experimentation programs.
- Experience building growth infrastructure (A/B testing, feature flags, analytics platforms, CMS).
- Expertise in SEO and emerging GEO practices.
- Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate analysis and prototyping.
- Strong data fluency for defining leading metrics and building shared dashboards.
- Must be based in Seattle, WA, USA.
Nice to have
- Experience as a founding or early growth hire.
- Hands-on experience with headless CMS (Contentful, Payload).
- Experience with modern analytics stacks (Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4).
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms like Optimizely or Statsig.
- Background in both B2B and B2C growth contexts.
