What you will do

• Own the delivery and lifecycle management of all IT commercial software, applications, and integration platforms.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software developers and integration specialists.
• Oversee solution design, technical standards, and architectural alignment within the IT domain.
• Manage relationships with software vendors, system integrators, and external development partners.
• Ensure reliable and secure integration between internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Contribute to budget planning, forecasting, and cost optimization for IT commercial technology.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, application delivery, or systems integration.
• 7+ years in a people leadership or development management role.
• Experience supporting Ecommerce, Finance, HR, CRM, ERP, and MarTech systems.
• Hands-on understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS).
