Salary: €111,400 – €167,200

• Collaborate with product and design to define challenges and craft a technical roadmap.
• Design and implement high-scale technical solutions for the Iceberg platform data pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance through code reviews and architecture documentation.
• Manage and mentor direct reports to support their professional growth and career goals.
• Actively lead hiring efforts to grow the engineering team.
• Contribute directly to projects via hands-on coding or extensive technical reviews.

Requirements

• Proven success in people leadership for large-scale SaaS products.
• Deep technical expertise in data engineering and scaling complex data transformation pipelines.
• Experience with agentic AI architectures.
• Strong background in hands-on software development.
• Must be based in or local to Dublin, Ireland.
