Location: Hybrid role based in Lake Mary, Florida

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead and manage the applications team, including a Senior ERP Resource, Application Trainer, and Business Process Analyst.
• Own the full applications portfolio roadmap, including ERP platform lifecycle, integration priorities, and process automation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and governor for the Northstar ERP vendor and other key application providers.
• Oversee the end-to-end application onboarding process for 6–10 new club acquisitions per year to ensure clean go-lives.
• Partner with the Data & Integrations lead to define business requirements for integration architecture.
• Build and maintain the Acquisition IT Playbook to institutionalize learnings from each onboarding cycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in application management, ERP implementation, or IT delivery leadership.
• Experience managing ERP implementations in multi-property or multi-unit environments, specifically in hospitality or real estate.
• Proven track record of managing small, high-output teams and developing talent.
• Strong vendor management experience with the ability to hold partners accountable to contractual commitments.
• Experience with Northstar ERP strongly preferred; experience with Jonas or Club Essential is also considered.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Lake Mary, Florida.
