Location: Remote, Must be based in the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Louisiana, and Oklahoma)
Salary: $144,000 - $160,000 base salary + variable component

What you will do
- Recruit, manage, and coach engineering talent across QA, Dev, and DevOps practices.
- Drive the delivery of applications using Agile (Scrum) and ensuring adherence to company SDLC standards.
- Partner with Product Managers and Architects to align execution with overall business strategy.
- Oversee solution design, technical sequencing, and code quality to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Support teams to resolve application-related matters.
- Provide high-level effort estimates for planning and prioritization based on team input.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.
- 6–8 years of experience in Software Engineering.
- Previous experience in technical leadership roles such as Engineering Manager, Architect, or Tech Lead.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, Azure DevOps).
- Experience with cloud-native applications and enterprise-grade non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability).
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
