Salary: $144,000 - $160,000 base salary + variable component

What you will do

• Recruit, manage, and coach engineering talent across QA, Dev, and DevOps practices.
• Drive the delivery of applications using Agile (Scrum) and ensuring adherence to company SDLC standards.
• Partner with Product Managers and Architects to align execution with overall business strategy.
• Oversee solution design, technical sequencing, and code quality to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Services, and Support teams to resolve application-related matters.
• Provide high-level effort estimates for planning and prioritization based on team input.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship provided.
• 6–8 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Previous experience in technical leadership roles such as Engineering Manager, Architect, or Tech Lead.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, Azure, Azure DevOps).
• Experience with cloud-native applications and enterprise-grade non-functional requirements (performance, security, reliability).
• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.

• Experience in Legal, Finance, or other mission-critical product domains.
