What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategy and transformation projects at the intersection of business and IT.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to shape enterprise-wide strategies and co-create scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to address complex client challenges and deliver business outcomes.
• Drive business development activities and bring senior-level credibility to strategic client engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or financial institutions driving large-scale digital transformation.
• Expertise in core banking, payments, lending, or CFO/finance transformation.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes including senior executives.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Commerce, or STEM.
• Track record of developing enterprise strategies and operating model redesigns.
