What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing consulting team, overseeing performance management and recruitment.
• Ensure project profitability, quality, and client satisfaction through delivery excellence and industry best practices.
• Drive revenue generation by selling services and contributing to the development of profitable service offerings.
• Build and maintain trusted, senior-level relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the EMEA leadership team to influence regional success and execute the services strategy.
• Manage resource allocation and staffing for projects within the Netherlands market unit.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from The Hague, Netherlands (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)
• Strong understanding of asset management or asset owner operations and processes.
• Proven experience delivering complex transformation programs in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Track record of people leadership with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop talent.
• Proven ability to build senior client relationships and drive business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
