What you will do

• Lead Senior Managers to secure, deliver, and grow consulting engagements in the UK-Nordics region.
• Drive commercial excellence by growing the business with new and existing clients in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
• Oversee delivery excellence to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget implementations.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent while managing resource planning and utilization.
• Shape and execute the regional consulting strategy in collaboration with global leadership.
• Deliver financial and operational KPIs, including consulting revenue and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading teams delivering complex projects in financial institutions, consulting, or software services.
• Strong commercial mindset and proven experience running consulting practices.
• Solid analytical background, whether technical or commercial.
• Skilled communicator with a proven ability to build trust with clients and teams.
• Fluent in English.
