Salary: $100,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Partner with International commercial and ECO review teams to facilitate the MLR process for marketing materials.
• Coordinate day-to-day trafficking of materials with Creative and Production teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prioritize global marketing assets, track progress throughout the MLR lifecycle, and proactively escalate risks.
• Communicate task status to stakeholders and align project outcomes with senior leadership.
• Maintain and enforce adherence to the Company's Quality Management System (QMS) and global regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing approvals with medical, legal, regulatory, and quality teams in highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com and DAM systems.
• Must be able to work on-site 3 days a week in Alameda, CA.
