What you will do

• Support intake and review of marketing requests to ensure completeness and alignment
• Build and manage projects in Asana, including tasks, timelines, and assignments
• Coordinate project kickoffs, milestones, and cross-functional meetings
• Track team workloads for balanced resourcing and timely delivery
• Monitor progress, flag risks, dependencies, and timeline issues
• Provide administrative support like documentation, updates, and process improvements

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work remotely from the US
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
