What you will do

• Build and deploy project management processes using Kantata to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage resource planning and capacity, collaborating closely with the executive and consulting teams.
• Handle scoping and estimation for new business to ensure accurate contracts and fluid handoffs from sales to delivery.
• Maintain data hygiene within HubSpot CRM and PSA software to drive business intelligence and decision-making.
• Develop internal training materials, templates, and standardized guidelines to promote organizational maturity.
• Coordinate project kickoffs, weekly client meetings, and internal syncs for the delivery team.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or technology implementations.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Google Suite, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) software.
• Strong stakeholder management, objection handling, and scope management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be based in or aligned with the EST timezone.

Nice to have

• PMP or CAPM certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Experience with Kantata by Mavenlink.
• Experience working with Aircall or Snowflake.
