What you will do

  • Own the P&L, overall performance, and strategic direction of the Bluebook business unit.
  • Develop and execute multi-year business strategies to drive adoption and long-term enterprise value.
  • Oversee the product roadmap and stabilization efforts to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for key clients and establish strategic industry partnerships.
  • Align cross-functional teams across Product, Tech, Revenue, Finance, and Legal around business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, healthtech, managed care, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success owning P&L outcomes, including revenue growth and profitability.
  • Proven track record of driving market adoption and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Must be US based to comply with company policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% for executive meetings and customer interactions.

Nice to have

  • MBA or other advanced business degree.
  • Experience in healthcare transparency, cost containment, or scaling growth-stage products.
  • Experience working directly with C-suite clients, brokers, and consultants.
