What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day execution across the full client lifecycle, from pilot scoping through implementation and renewal.
  • Own pricing and utilization analytics to structure deals that balance client needs with commercial objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end client implementation processes, driving accountability across CS, Ops, Product, and Engineering.
  • Triage and resolve complex, systemic client escalations and operational bottlenecks.
  • Drive company-wide strategic initiatives from scoping through delivery.
  • Manage and develop 1-2 direct reports, providing guidance and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, management consulting, or in-house strategy roles.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in financial models, pricing structures, or client-level P&L analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams with minimal oversight.
  • Experience managing direct reports and maintaining high performance in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong process design and project management skills for complex operational workflows.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare industry background, specifically experience working with health plans.
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams.
  • Familiarity with B2B deal structuring, contract review, or pricing governance.
