What you will do
- Manage day-to-day execution across the full client lifecycle, from pilot scoping through implementation and renewal.
- Own pricing and utilization analytics to structure deals that balance client needs with commercial objectives.
- Lead end-to-end client implementation processes, driving accountability across CS, Ops, Product, and Engineering.
- Triage and resolve complex, systemic client escalations and operational bottlenecks.
- Drive company-wide strategic initiatives from scoping through delivery.
- Manage and develop 1-2 direct reports, providing guidance and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, management consulting, or in-house strategy roles.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in financial models, pricing structures, or client-level P&L analysis.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams with minimal oversight.
- Experience managing direct reports and maintaining high performance in fast-paced environments.
- Strong process design and project management skills for complex operational workflows.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Healthcare industry background, specifically experience working with health plans.
- Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams.
- Familiarity with B2B deal structuring, contract review, or pricing governance.
