What you will do

• Grow and manage a territory of major accounts with a competitive, self-motivated approach.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, provide accurate sales forecasts, and keep management updated.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Munich-based experts to share strategies and win deals.
• Act as the primary customer advocate, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge of the T&M portfolio and refine sales skills.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or have existing permanent work authorization.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex accounts.
• Strong background in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field.
• Fluency in T&M instrumentation (oscilloscopes, spectrum/network analyzers, wireless testers).
• Exceptional soft skills for high-level meetings and negotiations.
• BSEE or similar degree preferred.
