Salary: $150,000 - $176,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive new business sales within the Commercial segment (500-5K employees).
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and understand their business goals.
- Collaborate with HR, Program Managers, Engineering, and Product teams to align product roadmaps.
- Hunt for and prospect into new logos, managing complex sales cycles.
- Negotiate and close orders while providing post-contract support.
- Partner cross-functionally to analyze sales funnel and optimize processes.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work expected in San Francisco, CA office 2-3 days per week.
- Experience closing new business with large global/multinational customers and complex organizations.
- Proven success selling technology to C-level executives in large enterprises (10K+ employees).
- Strong communication skills and ability to navigate political landscapes in large organizations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing needs.
