What you will do

  • Drive new business sales within the Commercial segment (500-5K employees).
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and understand their business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR, Program Managers, Engineering, and Product teams to align product roadmaps.
  • Hunt for and prospect into new logos, managing complex sales cycles.
  • Negotiate and close orders while providing post-contract support.
  • Partner cross-functionally to analyze sales funnel and optimize processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work expected in San Francisco, CA office 2-3 days per week.
  • Experience closing new business with large global/multinational customers and complex organizations.
  • Proven success selling technology to C-level executives in large enterprises (10K+ employees).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate political landscapes in large organizations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing needs.
