What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day community engagement across social platforms, handling both proactive and reactive interactions.
  • Embody and maintain the brand's social voice and tone across all platforms and contexts.
  • Monitor brand mentions and sentiment using social listening tools to surface insights for content and strategy.
  • Identify and escalate potential crises or negative sentiment according to established risk management protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to join trending conversations and cultural moments in an authentic way.
  • Contribute to performance reporting by tracking engagement metrics and sentiment trends.

Requirements

  • Experience in community management or social media engagement, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
  • Proven ability to write compelling, on-brand social copy across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency with social listening tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, or similar.
  • Experience managing community engagement for well-known brands.
  • Must be based in Montreal or Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with automotive clients.
  • University degree.
