What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of HR Operations projects from scoping through implementation.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and risk assessments while ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Design and implement scalable HR processes to improve efficiency and team member experience.
• Document workflows, standards, and operating procedures to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal teams to gather requirements and drive project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify ways of working and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations or HR project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional work.
• Experience improving processes or building operational structure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HR systems such as UKG Pro.
