What you will do

• Design and maintain comprehensive training programs and new hire orientation for both on-site and remote staff.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and gamification strategies to improve retention and culture.
• Manage cross-functional People projects, including DEI initiatives and process improvements, using project management tools like Asana.
• Standardize onboarding and offboarding infrastructure to ensure a consistent experience across the organization.
• Partner with department leaders to align training and development with performance management and succession planning.
• Utilize HR data to track metrics, identify gaps, and advocate for operational resources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Recruiting, ideally supporting both hourly and salaried workforces.
• Must be based in one of the following states: CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NJ, NV, NY, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA.
• Proficiency in navigating and reporting within ATS and LMS platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to own initiatives from scoping to execution.
• Clear and direct communication style for company-wide updates and internal documentation.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable people strategies.
