What you will do

• Support employee inquiries across regions, ensuring timely resolution and effective triaging.
• Refine and manage key employee lifecycle moments, including onboarding, leave administration, and offboarding.
• Execute international People Operations, building and documenting scalable processes for new entities.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to administer and improve international benefits programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure consistent recordkeeping across People systems.
• Assist with compliance-related tasks, including audits, training administration, and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• 2+ years of experience in People Operations, People Generalist, or People Coordinator roles.
• Experience supporting teams across multiple countries or working with international stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail with a deep understanding of how operational quality impacts employee experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with global partners.
