What you will do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for complex Global People Services cases and policy interpretation.
  • Manage HR transactions across regions, including hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and compensation updates.
  • Investigate and resolve data quality and integrity issues within HR systems to ensure compliance.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and service options.
  • Support audit and compliance activities and contribute to system enhancements via user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Analyze service delivery trends to identify opportunities for increased efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in shared services or HR operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience managing sensitive employee matters and supporting regulated processes.
  • Must be based in Providence, RI to meet the hybrid work requirement.
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
