What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle leave administration for assigned clients across various industries.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations including FMLA, ADA, and USERRA.
  • Provide expert guidance and customer service to HR teams, managers, and employees regarding leave policies.
  • Assist with client onboarding, policy review, and system implementation.
  • Coach managers on the interactive process for reasonable accommodations.
  • Generate and deliver ad hoc and scheduled leave reports for clients.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-volume leave administration for mid to large companies.
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and state-specific leave entitlements.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel reporting and HRIS/leave management systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders including C-level executives.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AbsenceSoft.
  • Ability to speak and write in Spanish.
