Salary: $110,400 - $165,600

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the global immigration program across 70+ countries in partnership with external vendors.
  • Manage end-to-end mobility cases, including long-term assignments, one-way transfers, and commuter arrangements.
  • Provide consultation to HR partners, managers, and employees on mobility policies and program requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance global mobility policies, operational guidelines, and tracking metrics.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Tax, Legal, and business leaders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in global immigration or international HR (or advanced degree and 5+ years).
  • Demonstrated experience managing global immigration programs and external vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of international assignment administration and cross-border employment.
  • Experience supporting a multinational organization with a globally distributed workforce.
  • Must be based in the United States.
