Focus on scaling the partnerships function, recruiting strategic partners, and aligning cross-functionally to accelerate the deployment of LLM-powered applications.

hirify.global is a Series A-funded startup backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners, helping enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications through an LLM-agnostic, Blueprint-led platform.

What you will do

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline through co-sell motions, joint accounts, and targeted use cases.
  • Define and execute a global partnerships strategy, prioritizing SIs, hyperscalers, and channel partners.
  • Recruit and activate high-impact strategic partners to generate consistent revenue.
  • Develop and enable repeatable co-sell plays aligned with enterprise entry points.
  • Hire and lead a high-performing partnerships team, defining metrics and performance standards.
  • Represent the company in partner meetings and industry events with 30–40% travel required.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or indirect GTM within enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through partner ecosystems.
  • Experience working with SIs, hyperscalers, or channel partners in complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Strong enterprise sales instincts and ability to influence early-stage deals.
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing, distributed teams.
  • Ability to position complex technical products effectively for CIO, CTO, and data/AI stakeholders.
