Location: Must be based in New York City, USA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office).

Salary: $350,000 - $420,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and evolve the long-term global ad sales growth strategy across all demand and supply channels.
  • Translate company strategy into annual and quarterly revenue plans with clear seller-level accountability.
  • Design scalable sales coverage models, account prioritization frameworks, and incentive structures.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing to synthesize customer needs into the product development roadmap.
  • Oversee supply strategy and yield management to shape global demand motions.
  • Diagnose performance gaps and work with regional sales leaders to implement targeted improvements.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue strategy, or commercial operations within ad tech or digital media.
  • Proven track record of driving material revenue growth through GTM frameworks and coverage models.
  • Experience leading managers and senior individual contributors in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Deep fluency in the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic infrastructure and advertiser buying behavior.
  • Strong quantitative skills with expertise in revenue modeling, pipeline analytics, and ROI frameworks.
  • Must be based in or able to work from New York City, USA.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in strategy consulting or revenue transformation.
  • Familiarity with competitive platforms like The Trade Desk, Google DV360, or Outbrain.
  • Experience building or partnering with a Revenue Operations function.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
