TL;DR

SVP, Channel & Independent Agency Sales (AdTech/Sports Data): Leading the commercial strategy and P&L for channel partnerships and independent agency sales with an accent on building high-performance sales engines and partner ecosystems. Focus on scaling revenue through programmatic integrations, CTV, and sports data-driven fan engagement solutions.

Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, California, United States (Hybrid role).

Salary: Up to $300,000 USD plus variable compensation.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the channel strategy, including partner segmentation, pricing, and packaging.
  • Manage two distinct revenue lines: Channel Partnerships (DSPs, programmatic) and Independent Agencies.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales organization, including hiring, coaching, and performance standards.
  • Design GTM architecture to ensure clean segmentation and minimize channel conflict.
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to drive growth and product adoption.
  • Maintain forecast discipline and pipeline management with high accuracy.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in advertising, ad-tech, or media sales.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling commercial engines from scratch.
  • Senior leadership presence with experience influencing C-suite and cross-functional roadmaps.
  • Deep fluency in the modern media stack, including programmatic, CTV, social, and identity.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles, CA.

  • Experience in sports media, sports data, or fan engagement.
