What you will do
- Manage and grow a roster of high-profile accounts while cultivating strong client relationships.
- Partner with sales teams to onboard new customers and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Provide consultative services and training to clients on programmatic best practices and product updates.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define features and drive enhancements to the platform.
- Work cross-functionally with Campaign Management to support RFPs, inventory forecasting, and ad-hoc requests.
- Establish robust relationships with decision-makers and ad ops teams to understand business needs and provide troubleshooting support.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of online advertising experience required.
- 2+ years of client-facing experience required.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, SSPs, and RTB.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven track record of growing accounts and managing marketing campaigns (CPA, CPC, CPM).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
