Compensation: $186,000–$278,000 OTE

What you will do
- Define and execute the global Partner Sales strategy, building a consistent operating model across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
- Lead and develop a team of regional Directors and Senior Directors, overseeing a total organization of approximately 15 people.
- Manage global partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue targets, consolidating performance metrics for executive leadership.
- Establish and govern partner coverage frameworks, including territory mapping and PQL qualification standards.
- Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners like AWS, Google Cloud, Deloitte, and Accenture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate partner-first selling into the broader Revenue organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner sales, alliances, or channel sales within B2B SaaS.
- Minimum 3 years of experience at Director level or above managing other managers.
- Proven track record of owning a multi-regional or global partner sales function.
- Demonstrated ability to influence VP and C-suite level decisions within a Sales organization.
- Deep understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and composable customer engagement stacks.
- Ability to travel regularly across AMER, EMEA, and APJ regions.
