What you will do

  • Develop and execute global growth marketing strategies across priority business segments.
  • Build integrated programs to drive awareness, qualified demand, and pipeline growth.
  • Oversee paid media strategy, budgeting, and channel performance optimization.
  • Lead lifecycle and nurture programs to improve customer engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals.
  • Define KPIs, attribution models, and performance dashboards to measure business impact.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York, NY.
  • Significant leadership experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and commercial impact.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, marketing automation, and funnel conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and attribution.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, agency partners, and complex stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

  • Experience within sports technology, media, advertising technology, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Experience scaling global demand generation functions.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing transformation and operational excellence.
