What you will do
- Develop and execute global growth marketing strategies across priority business segments.
- Build integrated programs to drive awareness, qualified demand, and pipeline growth.
- Oversee paid media strategy, budgeting, and channel performance optimization.
- Lead lifecycle and nurture programs to improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals.
- Define KPIs, attribution models, and performance dashboards to measure business impact.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York, NY.
- Significant leadership experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated B2B marketing.
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and commercial impact.
- Deep expertise in paid media, marketing automation, and funnel conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and attribution.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, agency partners, and complex stakeholder groups.
Nice to have
- Experience within sports technology, media, advertising technology, or SaaS industries.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Experience scaling global demand generation functions.
