What you will do

• Own the end-to-end performance creative system across paid, lifecycle, in-product, and creator/influencer channels.
• Develop the creative growth strategy and testing roadmap by translating product priorities into testable hypotheses.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define and build AI-powered capabilities for dynamic content and automated asset generation.
• Establish compounding learning loops to capture and reuse performance insights across the organization.
• Improve creative velocity and signal quality to accelerate decision-making without sacrificing brand quality.
• Scale influencer-led performance creative by defining briefing, production, and measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience owning growth outcomes in performance marketing, product-led growth, or growth strategy.
• Proven track record of designing or upgrading creative operating systems to scale growth.
• Deep expertise in performance creative craft for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Search.
• High fluency in measurement and experimentation, including incrementality and clean test design.
• Ability to write high-quality briefs with crisp problem framing and unambiguous success metrics.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City.
