Location: Remote from a US approved state or hybrid from NYC Headquarters

Salary: $186,500 - $327,750 USD

What you will do

  • Scale and refine global marketing strategy for Domains business, focusing on sustainable growth and international traction.
  • Evolve Domains product brand to align with core values and expand visibility in priority markets.
  • Optimize partnership marketing programs and identify new co-marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and UX teams to enhance campaigns and product launches.
  • Leverage data analytics to refine KPIs, testing, and optimization for acquisition and retention.
  • Manage marketing spend efficiency, tracking against revenue, CAC, LTV, and ROI goals.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of marketing experience focused on growth, brand, and partnerships
  • Experience at B2C tech or SaaS company
  • Building and overseeing marketing budgets and high-impact channels
  • Evaluating and building growth-focused partnerships
  • Deep understanding of organic/paid funnels and performance metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC, LTV)
  • Proven cross-functional work with Product, Finance, Business Development, and Analytics
  • Experience attracting, retaining, and developing marketing talent
