What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with regional partners and instructors to ensure adoption and sustainability of programs.
• Oversee program quality by reinforcing adherence to standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and AI-enabled tools to derive data-driven insights for network growth and performance.
• Coordinate the regional implementation of resuscitation programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align messaging and resolve case escalations.

Requirements

• Degree, diploma or certificate program in business, health science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project/program management, relationship management, or business development.
• Must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Must live in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and be able to travel to the Toronto office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Nice to have

• hirify.global Instructor certification or other agency instructional experience.
• Knowledge of provincial healthcare systems and resuscitation training agencies.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
