Salary: $65,000 – $78,000 CAD

What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with regional partners and instructors to ensure adoption and sustainability of programs.
- Oversee program quality by reinforcing adherence to standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and AI-enabled tools to derive data-driven insights for network growth and performance.
- Coordinate the regional implementation of resuscitation programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align messaging and resolve case escalations.
Requirements
- Degree, diploma or certificate program in business, health science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project/program management, relationship management, or business development.
- Must be currently residing in Canada and legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must live in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and be able to travel to the Toronto office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Nice to have
- Instructor certification or other agency instructional experience.
- Knowledge of provincial healthcare systems and resuscitation training agencies.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
