Salary: CAD 80,000 – 100,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Coordinate all activities, timelines, and deliverables for successful solution implementation.
• Manage communication between internal teams and customers.
• Track project requirements and address ambiguities to minimize scope creep.
• Proactively manage risks and maintain the project risk log.
• Collaborate with development teams, Customer Success Managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Work with team leaders to optimize internal delivery processes.

Requirements

• Experience in software project management and coordination.
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong communication and professional presentation skills.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
