What you will do

  • Execute the agency's awards strategy by managing submission calendars and deadlines for major Canadian and international shows.
  • Collaborate with creatives, directors, and strategists to develop compelling submission narratives and case films.
  • Coordinate internal reviews to ensure all entries meet technical specifications and jury-ready standards.
  • Manage awards budgets, logistics (fees, translations, travel), and maintain a living archive of agency assets.
  • Provide administrative support for freelance requests, vendor setup, and the department vacation calendar.
  • Monitor project timelines and collaborate with leads to balance workloads and prevent overallocation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of agency experience in resource coordination, production management, or project management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail for specs and formatting.
  • Confidence and diplomacy when working with senior creative leaders and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, resource management tools, and presentation software.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with major award entry platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian advertising landscape and key award shows.
