Salary: $82,000 — $100,000 CAD

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and resourcing timelines.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify project requirements and establish clear goals.
• Allocate and manage project resources efficiently to ensure optimal productivity.
• Utilize AI project management tools to enhance scheduling accuracy and streamline documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors through regular status updates.
• Monitor project budgets and report financial metrics to leadership on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada
• 2+ years of experience working in a client-facing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Pivot Tables, PowerPoint) and SmartSheet (custom dashboards).
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM).
• Bilingual proficiency in French.
• Experience with instructional design, course development, or web development lifecycles.
• Experience using Salesforce, OpenAir, or PowerBI.
• Proven track record of using AI tools for project management or reporting automation.
