TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Canada

Salary: CAD $89,000 – $120,000 annually

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end CMS platform projects from UXR through design and build phases.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Lead system demonstrations and provide training to client business users.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and resource utilization in fixed-fee or time & material settings.
  • Coach teams in Agile estimation, self-organization, and cross-functionality.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while removing impediments to delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a delivery lead role within an Agile software development environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with Content Management Systems such as Optimizely or Contentful.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets of $5 million+.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI on delivery software solutions.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Experience leading global Agile teams of 8+ developers and designers.

Nice to have

  • Optimizely Opal Certification.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • PMP or CSM certifications.
  • Knowledge of traditional SDLC.
