What you will do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including sales, vendor, and partnership agreements.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal using CLM systems.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks by proposing alternative language and solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Sales, Finance, and Product teams regarding contractual terms.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks to improve consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (J.D. is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in contracts management or legal operations, preferably within the tech or software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and legal principles.
  • Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) software and Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
