Salary: US $150,975 - $201,300 OTE | Canada $158,523 - $211,365 CAD OTE

What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of 5 SMB Account Executives.
- Establish a consistent coaching rhythm through 1:1s, call reviews, and skills development sessions.
- Own the team's pipeline generation strategy, ensuring AEs prospect 50-60% of their own pipeline.
- Guide the team through complex public-sector sales cycles (3-8 months) and government procurement processes.
- Champion and enforce the SPICED sales methodology and maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging and improve the buyer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ years in a frontline sales management role.
- Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed quota in new-logo environments.
- Experience with consultative sales cycles and public-sector/government procurement.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong Engage, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Must be based in the US or Canada (specifically Ontario or British Columbia).
