What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while managing evolving client needs.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, including resource management, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with both customers and internal technical teams.
• Partner with other project managers to enhance internal tools, processes, and methodologies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage customer expectations and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple concurrent priorities.
• Clear and confident communication skills for collaborating with technical and operational teams.

Nice to have

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or regulated industries.
• Background in process improvement or non-standard implementation projects.
