Project Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 plus up to 5% Bonus

What you will do

• Lead multiple projects (6–12 month cycles) involving cross-border and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Define project scope and objectives, ensuring feasibility and alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Develop project documentation, including resource allocation, operational work packages, and implementation plans.
• Manage stakeholder communication, status reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate technical and operational details between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Chair internal and external steering committee meetings with senior executives.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of project management experience with proven results.
• Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Must possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit.
• Experience managing projects across North America.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Nice to have

• Experience with EMV® chip, digital solutions, and the payment card industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Jira, and ServiceNow.
