Salary: $50K–$58,883K CAD/yr

What you will do
- Deliver market research projects end-to-end from commissioning to invoice, maintaining full project ownership.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide high-service guidance in a fast turnaround environment.
- Coordinate project execution across internal teams (e.g., survey programming, sales) and external vendors (e.g., translators) to complete tasks.
- Anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate project challenges in a timely manner.
- Track and manage complex project budgets and timelines across multiple methodologies.
- Ensure survey quality using current market research methodologies and mentor junior staff; stand in for Team Lead when needed.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of recent experience in quantitative online and digital market research, including research and survey design, sampling, and consultation.
- Experience managing complex projects with budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional execution with internal teams and external vendors.
- Entry-level for less complex professional roles (no specific degree required).
