What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex marketing initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, and lifecycle marketing programs.
• Translate high-level business ideas into detailed project plans with defined scope, timelines, owners, and milestones.
• Manage a portfolio of concurrent high-priority initiatives while maintaining clarity and momentum.
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies, recommending solutions and trade-offs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Content, and Legal teams globally.
• Drive accountability and facilitate decision-making across working teams and executive leadership (VP level).

Requirements

• Strong experience in project management, program management, or marketing operations.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Experience supporting large-scale product launches or marketing campaigns in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
