What you will do

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and the implementation team.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and critical paths.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and milestones, providing routine status reports.
  • Act as a conduit between customers and technical teams to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Manage internal project communications, priorities, and tracking across portfolios.
  • Provide functional consultancy support, including requirements definition and testing support.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical project or program management.
  • Relevant post-secondary qualification or substantial equivalent experience.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., Prince 2, PMI, APM).
  • Knowledge of ERP processes and implementation experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (occasionally up to 50%).
  • Understanding of software engineering principles and business management.
