Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end systems and data architecture connecting Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and the BI layer.
  • Lead the transition of systems ownership into Business Operations and establish a governance framework and roadmap.
  • Establish an AI governance framework to embed AI into core workflows, forecasting, and operational automation.
  • Define and enforce master data management and integration standards across all systems.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Product to translate business priorities into scalable system solutions.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of systems and operations specialists.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 8+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, or BizTech leadership roles within B2B SaaS, with 3+ years leading a team.
  • Deep expertise across Salesforce and NetSuite, including designing the integration layer between them.
  • Strong experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato strongly preferred) and modern BI tooling.
  • Proven ability to design and operate a closed-loop architecture (quote-to-cash, lead-to-revenue).
  • Demonstrably hands-on within the last 12 months with system configuration, automation, and data modeling.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a PE-backed, high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with multi-stream revenue models and revenue recognition complexity.
  • Experience embedding AI/ML or agentic automation into operational workflows.
  • NetSuite and/or Salesforce certifications.
