Salary: $445,000 – $584,000 MXN annually.

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize the revenue tech stack, including tools like Gong, Clari, and ZoomInfo.
  • Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce, overseeing objects, flows, and data hygiene.
  • Architect and maintain automated lead routing and contact segmentation processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure high-quality data and efficient lead follow-up.
  • Interface with vendors to handle renewals, troubleshooting, and tool interoperability.
  • Educate GTM teams on new workflows, tool features, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration (objects, flows, permissioning).
  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining cross-system integrations and data quality processes.
  • Strong proficiency in API-based integrations, data governance, and deduplication strategies.
  • Must be based in Mexico and able to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Proven ability in project management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication.
