What you will do

• Implement and optimize Oracle Application finance platforms, specifically focusing on Order to Cash (Billing, Revenue, Cash applications, and Collections).
• Integrate AI-driven automation workflows (OCR, document intelligence) and use generative AI tools like Claude and Amazon Q for technical documentation.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ERP architectures.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including planning and executing CRP, SIT, and UAT.
• Perform database troubleshooting and optimize SQL schemas using tools such as TOAD.
• Provide month-end close support and mentor junior systems analysts on operational standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience in finance systems analysis, solution design, and deployment.
• 6+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications and Oracle Fusion Cloud components.
• Proficiency in SQL and database querying tools for diagnostics and data extractions.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Gemini, Copilot) to optimize workflows or documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong English communication skills for presenting technical architectures to leadership.
