What you will do

• Manage and optimize the RevTech stack, including tools like Gong, Clari, and ZoomInfo/Ringlead.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins to improve CRM data hygiene and workflow efficiency.
• Architect and maintain automated lead routing and enrichment processes to accelerate follow-ups.
• Develop and enforce data governance and deduplication strategies across the GTM stack.
• Manage vendor relationships, including renewals and tool troubleshooting.
• Educate GTM teams on new tool features and optimized workflows.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar Revenue Operations or System Analyst role.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration (objects, flows, permissioning).
• 2+ years of experience building cross-system integrations and API-based data mapping.
• Proven expertise in RevTech administration (conversational intelligence, revenue forecasting, ABM).
• Must be based in Costa Rica.
• Ability to align working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
